Friend,
There’s been a lot of talk (and jokes) about this week’s debate between Vice President Harris and Donald Trump.
But there’s one thing that hasn’t gotten the attention that it deserves. So before I ask you to chip in $24 and help us hit our mid-month fundraising goal, I want to talk about it:
Asked twice about whether he’d veto a national abortion ban during the debate, Donald Trump completely refused to answer.
For the past few months, Trump has been trying to play both sides on abortion issues. One week, he supports an abortion ban, the next he doesn’t. One week, he supports IVF, the next he doesn’t.
But on that stage, in front of tens of millions of voters, he refused to say that he would veto a national abortion ban.
It’s not like Donald Trump isn’t willing to lie. We all know he doesn’t have much respect for the truth. So his refusal to answer the question is the only answer we need.
Donald Trump isn’t a “moderate” on abortion. He’s just as extreme as the radical, anti-choice wing of his party wants him to be. And if we want to restore the right to choose, restore reproductive freedom, and protect the health and safety of millions of people seeking reproductive care, we need to keep him out of the White House.
Those are the stakes this November — and with less than two months to go before Election Day, we need to double down on our commitment to electing pro-choice candidates up and down the ballot.
Will you chip in $24 before our mid-month deadline to help us build our resources, invest in statewide organizing, and put in the work it will take to defeat anti-choice extremists like Donald Trump?

The stakes are clear. The race is set. And the choice is ours. Let’s make sure we make the right one.
Thank you for being a part of this team.
