The reality is our opponent has a lot of support from his Republican allies, but Dave is proud to be running a grassroots campaign and knows just how valuable grassroots dollars can be. This is why we’re asking you to help us reach this critical goal today. 

We know $5 may not seem like much in the face of millions of dollars in spending by National Republicans, but these small-dollar donations make a big impact for our campaign. In fact, if everyone reading this email chipped in just $5, we would reach our goal in no time.

This race is going to be close, team. Really close. CA-47 is one of the most competitive elections in the entire country this year. With an election determined by just a handful of votes, every dollar counts when it comes to getting out Dave’s message.

Whether it’s knocking on doors or airing ads on TV, our voter outreach depends on your grassroots support. And in a race as close as this one, it’s going to come down to how many voters we can mobilize before November 5th.
