Yesterday, we marched for gender justice & liberation because we know
there is no feminist future without it.
Trans and queer folks don’t just have a PLACE in our movements, our
movements are LED by queer and trans folks. Our feminism is rooted in the
lessons we have learned from leaders like Urvashi Vaid, Bayard Rustin,
Sylvia Rivera, Marsha P. Johnson, Miss Major, Barbara Smith, and so many
more whose legacies we honor today.
Women’s March builds the political power of everyday feminists every day.
We have 50 days to do everything we can to ensure our country doesn't slip
back into a MAGA freefall.
