I am, and always will be, unapologetically pro-life! This week, I was happy to share how important this is to me as a cosponsor of H. Con. Res. 74, to rejoin the United States to the Geneva Consensus Declaration. This declaration is an international declaration to promote women’s health, strengthen families, and affirm the value of life at all stages.

I met with Moms for America to discuss the importance of school choice and ensuring every child across America has access to the highest quality education possible.

I’m honored to be one of this year’s recipients of the Empowered Award by the Rainey Center.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo MANDATED nursing homes admit COVID positive people into their care. Why is he lying and dancing around the question. It’s time for him to apologize instead of playing the blame game.

Without proper oversight, organ donation can go very wrong, very quickly. While it’s important to encourage everyone to donate, we must also ensure those donating are properly cared for with strict standards of care.

Lesko in the News

Arizona has been at the forefront of the border crisis. Our schools, cities, small towns, and more are all facing the consequences of Kamala Harris’ failures.

Get the Facts: Late Term Abortions

Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the media has tried to tell the American people late term abortion is not legal and not happening. This is simply not true. In fact, Alaska, California, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Vermont, and Washington, D.C. all have no ban or gestational limit on when it is legal for an abortion to take place. Pro-Life activist and President of Students for Life, Kristan Hawkins called an abortion facility requesting an abortion for a pregnancy 32 weeks along, they were unable to accommodate her request for 2 more weeks, but assured her they would still be able to perform the procedure at 34 weeks no questions asked. The facility even assured her they perform abortions this late in pregnancy “all the time.” Susan B. Anthony reported that around 10,000 abortions occur every year after 21 weeks of pregnancy, with more than 55,000 occurring after 15 weeks of pregnancy (when the child begins to feel pain). I am unapologetically pro-life and I will continue to fight for the rights of the thousands of babies slaughtered every year at the hands of the radical abortion industry.

Casework Highlight

A constituent was owed retroactive Social Security Disability Insurance benefits, but a significant time had passed, and no payment was received. After contacting our office for help, we identified the issue with the Social Security Administration, and they released the funds owed.

Military Academy Nominations

As a member of Congress, I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of people to four of the five service academies. This would include nominating candidates for appointment to the U.S. Military Academy (West Point), the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. The fifth service academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy does not require a congressional nomination for appointment. For more information click here.
