NEW: Missouri Supreme Court rules abortion rights measure will be on state ballot

First, after Roe v. Wade was overturned, GOP-led states made abortion outright illegal – including Missouri.

Then, over 250,000 Missouri residents signed petitions for a proposed ballot measure to make abortion legal in the state again.

But, the state’s GOP Secretary of State tried to DECERTIFY this measure. 

So now, the state’s Supreme Court is intervening and requiring the measure to be on the ballot this November.

Let us be clear: the Gop’s attacks on reproductive freedom threatens the democratic process and undermines the will of the people.

Unlike the modern day, MAGA-led GOP, our pro-voter Democratic secretaries continue to fight for the will of the people and for the fundamental right to choose.
