In the wake of Hurricane Francine, many pets have become lost and displaced. Animal shelters are struggling to keep the pets in their care safe as they worry about flooding and power outages as well as the influx of pets expected to arrive in the coming days. Poor Dina, pictured above, was found at a common dumping spot and has been at her shelter for some time.
