John, the election is just over 50 days away, so I’ll get right to the point.

At the end of this month, we’re facing the final public Federal Election Commission (FEC) fundraising deadline before Election Day. Our numbers will go public, and the GOP will use the totals to decide what seats to target.

Since the seats here in California will determine control of the House - Democrats like me need to have the strongest showing possible.
