Abortion is on the ballot in Nevada this year! There's a ballot
initiative—Question 6, the Reproductive Rights Amendment—that gives
Nevadans the chance to make abortion a constitutional right in the state,
permanently protecting access to abortion care.^1
With right-wing attacks on our reproductive rights, we have to do
everything in our power to ensure Nevadans will continue to have access to
abortion. And right now, this means helping spread the word to Nevadans
about Question 6 to drive them to the polls.

phone bank on Tuesday, September 17 at 8 ET/7 CT/6 MT/5 PT to help get the
word out to as many voters as possible about this important ballot
measure.
Nevadans have an opportunity to vote for Question 6 to permanently protect
abortion rights in Nevada! This is huge. But it's going to take all of us
coming together to fight for abortion access and ensure that voters turn
up to vote for abortion, Kamala Harris, and Democrats all the way down the
ballot.
Nevadans have already seen the impact of abortion bans in their
neighboring states—Arizona, Idaho, and Utah.^2 Every person deserves the
right to choose if, when, and how to start a family. Roe v. Wade's being
overturned has impacted millions of people in the country—and as we look
toward another election with extreme anti-abortion candidates in races
across the country, we need to ensure that Nevadans' rights are protected,
no matter who is in charge.

Politicians need to mind their business and stop making decisions for
women and pregnant people! We know one thing: If this amendment doesn't
pass and Donald Trump comes back into office, right-wing extremists will
be more empowered to take away our bodily autonomy and attack our rights.
In fact, during Tuesday's presidential debate, Trump refused to say that
he would veto a national abortion ban.^3
In the face of countless tragic stories, it is critical that Nevadans be
proactive in protecting the right to abortion in the state for good.
Voting YES on Question 6 ensures these decisions will always stay where
they belong: with patients and their doctors, not politicians.
