Hi Friend,
Tuesday night was the first presidential debate between Vice President
Harris and Donald Trump. On that stage, we saw a clear contrast between
the two candidates.
Vice President Harris spoke about the need to protect the right to an
abortion and all reproductive rights, to continue growing our economy by
investing in the middle class, and to respect the rule of law.
Donald Trump…did not. He made false statement after false statement, about
his positions on abortion, about his role in instigating the January 6
insurrection, and about immigrants in America.
The debate made it clear that the stakes of this race have never been
higher.
We’ve made so much progress in the last four years since President Biden
and Vice President Harris were elected.
We passed the greatest climate action package in history.
We passed a bipartisan infrastructure law.
We passed a massive investment in American chips manufacturing.
We passed bipartisan gun violence prevention legislation.
We can’t stop that progress and go back to the chaos of a Trump
presidency. We all have to do everything we can to elect Vice President
Harris, Governor Walz, and Democrats around the country this November.
Thanks,
Peter
