A North Dakota judge just OVERTURNED our state’s abortion ban – this is a huge win for women’s rights in North Dakota.

But the scary fact is: Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, abortion rights are left up to the states.

That means the Republican-controlled legislature in North Dakota can just pass another abortion ban when they reconvene in January and erase all this progress.
