Team,

The battle for reproductive rights is far from over. But in the face of adversity, voters across the United States have defended their freedoms. Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, Americans in seven states have voted on abortion-related state constitutional amendments—and in every instance, they voted to protect reproductive rights.

Seven wins for abortion rights. Zero losses. The message is clear: Anti-abortion legislators are out of step with the people they represent.

In 2024, 10 more states will have the chance to protect reproductive freedom through constitutional amendments: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, and South Dakota. These states hold the next critical battlegrounds in the fight for critical lifesaving abortion care.

7-0

Where abortion-related ballot initiatives were up for a vote in the past 2 years, we saw SEVEN wins for abortion rights and ZERO losses.

» States that voted to enshrine reproductive rights in the state constitution:
Ohio, Michigan, California, Vermont

» States that voted to reject extremist anti-abortion ballot measures:
Kansas, Kentucky, Montana

Now, it's time to add more states to this list. The momentum is on our side, but we must keep fighting until reproductive rights are protected nationwide. Every victory counts.

Until abortion is protected in every state in the country, we fight on!

Onward!

P.S. If you know someone in these states, forward them this email. Let's make sure they know about these crucial ballot initiatives and have a plan to vote.
