Letters for these campaigns—like the rest of our voter turnout campaigns—should be mailed in the October 1–29 mailing window. If you’re also writing letters for one of our campaigns for voter registration or to U.S. voters living abroad, those letters should be mailed as soon as they’re written, but no later than October 1.
Please take care to keep your letter piles separate and pay close attention to mailing instructions, which can be found on your letter bundle cover sheets or your Vote Forward dashboard.
