As Supreme Court oral arguments air live for the first time in history May 4-13, the National Constitution Center will convene top scholars to provide live commentary on C-SPAN immediately following the network’s live audio broadcast.

Join National Association of Attorneys General President and Montana Attorney General Tim Fox and New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal for a bipartisan discussion about the role and function of state attorneys general in the coronavirus crisis. The conversation will explore how states are addressing a variety of legal issues relating to the crisis, including religious freedom, the Second Amendment, and criminal justice. Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, moderates.

Ferguson decision, the National Constitution Center presents a virtual Town Hall program exploring the story of a nation that embraced "separation," and its consequences. Join Risa Goluboff, dean of the University of Virginia School of Law, Steve Luxenberg, associate editor at The Washington Post and author of Separate: The Story of Plessy v. Ferguson, and America’s Journey from Slavery to Segregation, and Theodore Shaw, professor of law and director of the UNC Center for Civil Rights at UNC School of Law, as they discuss.

Online Civic Learning Opportunities
The National Constitution Center is here to support remote learning with free lectures and civil dialogue sessions on the Constitution that students across America can access online, and accessible on a home computer, laptop, or phone.
On Friday, May 15, at 1 p.m. EDT, American journalist Emily Bazelon joins National Constitution Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen for a conversation on Elections in America for high school and college students. The session will explore the Constitution and the 2020 election.
