Team — This week, we took the historic step of installing the Olympic and Paralympic flags in City Hall.

Over the next four years, Mayor Bass is working to ensure that the people of Los Angeles will be benefiting from the entire world coming to L.A.

Here are three of MANY different ways the Mayor will accomplish that goal:

1. The 2028 Games will welcome fans inside and outside of official venues — Activations in every corner of Los Angeles will bring Angelenos together and encourage visitors to explore all of the different neighborhoods in our city.
2. Prioritizing local businesses – We are ensuring that L.A. businesses are connected with the tremendous opportunities the Games will bring.
3. Building Green Infrastructure – We are making sure that improvements made in advance of the Games will last far beyond 2028 and benefit Angelenos for decades to come.

The countdown to the 2028 Paralympic Games in Los Angeles starts now and we must be prepared — that’s why Mayor Bass is running for reelection, but she can’t achieve this vision alone.
