John,

This is urgent. The radical Left’s ballot ban is BACK AT THE SUPREME COURT. They’re desperately trying to destroy our democracy.

We’re taking emergency action at the U.S. Supreme Court to fight back to protect your RIGHT TO VOTE for the candidate of your choice.

First, the radical Left tried its unconstitutional plot to have President Trump “disqualified” from the ballot. We represented the Colorado GOP and won – unanimously – at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Now the Democrats have filed a lawsuit to have the Green Party thrown off the presidential ballot in Nevada – all to ensure a Kamala victory. It’s a direct attack on democracy.

JUST HOURS AGO, we made an emergency filing at the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Green Party to defend the right of EVERY AMERICAN to vote for the candidate of their choice.

In my more than 35 years of arguing cases at the Supreme Court, I’ve never seen such continuous and dire attacks on our right to vote. I’m working directly with our senior Supreme Court legal team, quickly preparing for potential oral arguments.

The impact of this Supreme Court case will be far greater than just one candidate.

This is the biggest fight to defend the Constitution and your right to vote we've ever engaged in, and it’s going to take immense resources.
