Purpose: The Webb County-City of Laredo Regional Mobility Authority (WC-CL RMA) in cooperation with TxDOT are proposing to construct the Vallecillo road project from FM 1472 (Mines Road) to the IH 35 Southbound Frontage Road (SBFR) within the City of Laredo city limits in Webb County, Texas.
