Trump has had nine years to come up with a healthcare plan. Here's what he offered on the debate stage on Tuesday: "I have concepts of a plan."

It would almost be funny how little he cares about delivering any real results -- if the healthcare of millions wasn't on the line.

But here's Trump's actual plan: He'll just keep trying to rip away your healthcare and end protections for pre-existing conditions, same as he's always done.
