Do You Know What is On Your Ballot in 2024?

2024 Ballot questions have been finalized, and the Colorado GOP needs you to familiarize yourself and share this information with as many people as possible. The two MOST egregious ballot questions are Amendment 79 (abortion) and Proposition 131 (rank choice voting).

The Democrats' Constitutional Amendment will codify abortion as a right, and force you to pay for abortions.
You will pay for other women to murder their babies.

Amendment 79, titled "Right to Abortion" has taken the extreme Democrat stance that abortion is healthcare, and worse, that it shall be funded by taxpayers. This initiative would create a Constitutional amendment that would enshrine the right to an abortion in Colorado’s Constitution. The measure would also assure that state and local public employees and Medicaid recipients are covered for abortion in their health insurance plans. Taxpayers should not have to fund the poor decisions, poor planning, and/or disregard for life that their neighbors suffer from. Healthcare payors should not be forced to cover abortion and related procedures.

We as Republicans who value life, must stand united against this measure. Amendment 79 poses significant challenges to our principles and to the values of our founding. While Colorado has become lost to the left's abortion fanatics, we will always stand for life.

Rank Choice Voting (Prop 131) will Destroy Colorado
THE WORST INITIATIVE EVER:
131- RANK CHOICE VOTING!
This initiative establishes a top-four ranked choice voting system in Colorado for congressional, gubernatorial, attorney general, secretary of state, treasurer, University of Colorado Board of Regents, state Board of Education and legislative elections. RCV confuses voters, whose ballots will be discarded if all candidates are not ranked. In extreme liberal Colorado, RCV ensures the most extreme Democrats prevail, and less conservative choices for office win. RCV is supported by Kent Thiry, whose goal is to eliminate parties and move to a centrist system.

Rank Choice Voting is a disaster ([link removed]) . Alaska implemented RCV, and the state is now looking repeal RCV; in Iowa, voters are looking to ban RCV. ([link removed]) The process is so confusing and diluted that RCV elections reveal thousands of voters whose votes never counted. In San Francisco, a rank choice voting election in 2010 saw more ballots thrown out after 20 rounds of tabulating than were actually counted, meaning more voters than not were totally disenfranchised.

We MUST stop Initiative 131! Please donate if you are able to do so, as it takes a lot of time and money to fight this! Kent Thiry is well-funded, and he has millions to destroy Colorado. We have to fight this, or we will never be able to take our beautiful state back.

Please read these initiatives and share this information with your neighbors. In the coming weeks, we will send out graphics and many more emails to share. If you are a candidate, please be sure to educate voters about the ballot questions as you make calls, hold events, and knock on doors.

It is crucial for us to let the Democrats know; they may control the legislature and Governor's office, but they do not control the people. The people of Colorado are tired of Venezuelan gangs, riots, violence, and a soaring cost of living. Worse, we are tired of Democrats like Polis and Kyle Clark saying there’s nothing to see here, and that Colorado is just fine. Nothing is fine in Colorado, and it is up to We the People to take this state back from the radicals who destroyed it.
