The MAGA movement is built on fear-mongering and lies.
So seeing a strong Democratic woman (with a background in law) get on stage and make her Republican opponent answer for his involvement in restricting our abortion rights, abandoning the border, and promoting extremism is very satisfying.
That’s because MAGA doesn’t actually stand for what voters want. And when leaders like Juan Ciscomani or Donald Trump are pressed on their records, they don’t know what to do.
Kirsten debated Juan Ciscomani at the end of August. She put him on the defensive, and showed Arizona voters what true leadership looks like.
Look: debates don’t decide elections. But in a tossup race like this one, making sure voters know the differences between the two candidates really matters.
