Thanks to your phone calls, yesterday the U.S. House of Representatives passed legislation to block the implementation of the World Health Organization’s Pandemic Treaty without U.S. Senate ratification – with an amendment to give it real teeth.

H.R. 1425, the “No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act,” declares any instrument of the World Health Assembly to be a treaty that requires ratification by the U.S. Senate and prohibits any part of any future “agreement” by the WHO from taking effect without ratification.

Now the bill is in the U.S. Senate.

But will the Senate protect their own authority under the Constitution by passing H.R. 1425?

Sadly, we expect the Democrat-controlled Senate to be derelict in its constitutional duty – unless you and I push them into action.

H.R. 1425 did pass the House with some Democrats voting “yes” along with all Republicans who voted.


Thanks to your continued pressure, the globalists pushing the WHO Pandemic Treaty have lost at every turn.

But remember just how dangerous the WHO Treaty is.

Un-elected foreign bureaucrats want to do all of this in one fell swoop:


International treaties can be – and have been – used as an end-run around the 10th Amendment.

That’s why it’s so critical any provision of a treaty require the high bar of a 2/3 vote in the Senate.
