Soups and shakes research

Research has found that a third of participants with type 2 who took part in the NHS’s ‘Path to Remission’ programme have entered remission. 1740 participants started the soups and shakes diet and one in three participants that completed the year-long programme put their type 2 into remission and saw an average weight loss of 16kg.
