Launch of The 19th Collective
Future Summit 2024 marked the launch of our new women's affinity group, The 19th Collective! To celebrate the kickoff, Cosmopolitan deputy editor Madeleine Frank Reeves joined members for an intimate discussion on the experience of being a young woman in politics.
We're thrilled to have such an incredible group of leaders join us for the inaugural cohort and to have the the opportunity to foster a supportive peer environment for women serving in public office.

Lawmaker Applications Open for
2025-2026 Innovation Fellowship
The Innovation Fellowship is an immersive two-year experience for young lawmakers passionate about shaping a better future through innovative policymaking. Each Innovation Fellowship will invite 10-15 cross-partisan young lawmakers to dive deep into solutions to critical problems, frame the next steps in the context of long-term outcomes, and identify opportunities for action in their state.
In a culture of continuous learning, Fellows have access to experts, research, best practices, and each other — making their contributions to the legislature all the more powerful.

Our biannual On the Rise report launches on October 3!
The biannual, election-year report is the only of its kind, analyzing a wide range of demographic data—including age group, generation, gender, and political-party affiliation—on candidates for Congress, with an emphasis on generational trends. Young candidates in 2024 represent the most diverse generation in our nation’s history, and they are stepping up to lead with fresh perspectives and the extraordinary potential to shape our future.

Future Summit
