Well, it happened. Donald Trump debated Kamala Harris, and I don’t think any of us are surprised about what happened on the stage last night. 

Trump got up there and lied (and lied, and lied – more than 30 separate times, according to CNN’s fact-checkers!). 

Kamala, meanwhile, painted a picture of a new way forward for our country – one that affords all of us the opportunity to live in freedom. Freedom of thought and expression. Freedom of bodily autonomy. Freedom from violence, hate, and bigotry.

Last night it was clearer than ever before: Defeating Trump and MAGAism all the way down the ticket this November is. not. optional.

But we can’t just talk about it, we need to DO something about it – and we’ve got 55 days left to go. 

At this point in the election cycle, it’s a race to see who can get their message out the loudest and the most frequently, especially to undecided voters and battleground districts and counties. To win that race, Democrats need resources – and we need them fast.
