The presidential debate has resulted in countless memes. There are also quite a few quotes that came out of the debate – and while Trump was fact-checked numerous times, Harris managed to go unchecked throughout the debate’s entirety.
Harris brags that she’s got endorsements from Dick Cheney, which is kind of a weird flex since he’s the only VP who was ranked as low as she has been.
The media has been quick to poke fun at certain comments made by Trump. Take the Haitian migrant issue. He commented that they were eating dogs. Harris laughed. And yet, if you ask the people in Springfield, Ohio, who have seen their dogs and cats go missing, they’re not laughing.
Perhaps the biggest laugh comes from Harris when she said, “He’s trying to, again, divide and distract from the reality, which is, it is very well known that Donald Trump is weak and wrong on national security and foreign policy. It is well known that he admires dictators, wants to be a dictator on day one, according to himself.”
This is from a woman who has nothing but divide the country for four years, has allowed national security to become a nightmare at the border, and who was literally just endorsed by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
A few other quotes you might have missed:
Harris said, “Donald Trump was fired by 81 million people. So, let’s be clear about that. And clearly, he is having a very difficult time processing that.”
Trump said, “I probably took a bullet to the head because of the things that they say about me. They talk about democracy; (they say) I’m a threat to democracy. They’re the threat to democracy, with the fake Russia, Russia, Russia investigation that went nowhere.”
As for whether there will be another debate, Trump has yet to say whether he’ll partake.
