This email is a reminder inviting you to attend an open house for Kitsap County’s 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update. Details below:
* What: Comprehensive Plan, In-Person Workshop
* When: Sept. 12 at 6 p.m.
* Where: Kitsap County Administration Building (Commissioner Chambers), 619 Division Street, Port Orchard
The Comprehensive Plan is a blueprint for how the County will grow over the next 20 years in terms of land use, environmental protection, economic development, transportation, and many other topics. Kitsap County staff will be available to discuss with you upcoming changes to the Comprehensive Plan, such as new provisions to accommodate growth through increased multifamily, attached housing, and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) in new and existing urban neighborhoods.
