CHARGE CONFERENCE FORMS
DISTRIBUBTION AND DEADLINE
Charge conference forms will be made available in mid-September and will be     due back on December 1st. Across all districts, we’ve agreed to move the distribution and collection deadline back to reflect our January charge conference meeting dates.
New this year, we are transitioning to digital forms, just like we did for evaluation forms this year. The Word documents and Excel sheets will be made available for your planning and information-gathering purposes in mid-September, but all final data must be submitted via the digital submission forms.
In the Southwest District, we are looking at January 12th, 2025 for our           Zoom charge conferences and our in-person charge conferences on January 26th. We will send have more information as we get closer to the date. 

CONSULTATION FORMS DISTRIBUTION AND DEADLINE
Pastor and PPRC consultation forms will be made available in mid-September and will be due back on November 1st. We are transitioning to digital forms, just like we did for evaluation forms earlier this year. Please make a plan with your local church leadership team to complete this form by November 1st.

Hood UMC Sharefest

Festival of Sharing is coming to the Southwest District! Hood United Methodist Church is hosting a regional Sharefest on Saturday, Sept. 14. Kits can be dropped off from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Volunteers are needed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Contact Vicki Inmon at [email protected].

Soul Space – Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m.

We are not alone, yet sometimes we need to set aside space to be reminded that God is present with us. Beginning Sept. 10, join us virtually at 8:30 a.m. every Tuesday morning for Soul Space, 15-20 minutes of guided reflection and prayer. Designed with both clergy and laity, Soul Space provides space to reflect on the presence of God with a spiritual director.
