Last night, Kamala Harris faced off against Donald Trump in her first presidential debate.

On the debate stage, Vice President Harris conveyed strength, grace, sharp policy acumen, a clear vision for our nation's future, and a fierce commitment to the American people. Former President Trump blustered incoherently, frequently losing his temper, constantly lying, occasionally complimenting dictators, and repeatedly using his allotted time to prop up his own ego instead of addressing the issues that impact Americans. And he reminded us that if he wins, we face a national abortion ban.
The contrast could not have been clearer, John.
As the Vice President said last night, the American people are ready to turn the page on the chaos and corruption of the Trump era. And she presented voters with a calm, competent, inspiring alternative.
