At the end of this month, our fundraising numbers go public, and you can bet Ohio Republicans and their national allies will be keeping a close eye on what we raise. They’re desperately hoping we’ll fall short in these final months before Election Day so they can win in Ohio and take back control in Washington.

We simply can’t fall behind. So we’re asking: can you chip in anything you can afford before our deadline to keep us on track to reach our September fundraising goal? [link removed]

This is our last opportunity to publicly show our strength before the most important election in Ohio’s history – and honestly, we’re worried. The latest polling shows Sherrod Brown’s lead over Bernie Moreno has narrowed, and his slim advantage is within the poll’s margin of error.

It’s going to be a herculean task to overcome the GOP’s war chest of cash in Ohio. We’re counting on a massive surge in grassroots support to get back on track before it’s too late.
