Hi John,

For 10 years, NPH’s Emerging Leaders Peer Network (ELPN) has served the Bay Area affordable housing industry as a platform for growth, achievement, and opportunity among a cohort of affordable housing practitioners and advocates. ELPN’s offerings are designed specifically for up-and-coming leaders across the field to ensure they have the tools and resources to propel our industry forward.

If you’re interested in ELPN’s work and want to help shape future offerings, I have the perfect opportunity for you: serve on the ELPN steering committee for the 2025-26 program year!

Deadline: Friday, October 11

📓 What Is the ELPN Steering Committee? To address the diversity of topics and challenges faced by our members and the affordable housing movement, ELPN is led by a Steering Committee. The all-volunteer Steering Committee sets ELPN priorities and determines our programming throughout the year. With the help of dedicated and collaborative individuals, ELPN has brought accessible and diverse programming to affordable housing practitioners and advocates through NPH since 2014. Could you be one of our next Steering Committee members?

🔊 ELPN Steering Committee Positions for 2025-26:

  • Professional Development Co-chair (2 open positions)
  • Social Events Co-chair (1 open position)
  • Policy & Advocacy Co-chair (1 open position; preferred candidate is someone in non-profit development)

Note: ELPN is committed to advancing racial equity and inclusion in our trainings and events within our community, as well as in the affordable housing industry at large. We request all Steering Committee members to integrate an equity lens when designing our program and outcomes. We aim to create an inclusive environment where all are welcome to participate in ELPN.

In Community,
