Eight Weeks to Go - DO SOMETHING

While we know to whom Wyoming's three electoral votes will be pledged (and shame on them), we can still help in other races nationally and closer to home.  If you are interested in volunteering for the Harris Walz campaign, here is a link with the information you need: Harris Walz Campaign Volunteer Opportunities. We are looking into other opportunities and will be sharing that information.

Meanwhile, in Wyoming, a little money goes a LOOONG Way! Races in Laramie, Albany and Fremont County can make all the difference between total domination by the Freedom Caucus. Please donate what you can to support the Democratic candidates working to win in November and keep total chaos from reigning in the State Legislature.

We are fortunate that here in Teton County, our Democratic state legislators are unopposed. However, there are some other races where Democrats can win - but they need our help financially and would welcome help with canvassing and getting out the vote. Here are links to their campaign pages. We cannot let the Freedom Caucus gain any additional seats!

Albany County
Trey Sherwood - HD 14
Karlee Provenza - HD 45
Ken Chestek - HD 13

Laramie County
Sara Burlingame - HD 11
Jen Solis - HD 41

Fremont County
Ivan Posey - HD 33

Up Close and Personal

You have the opportunity to get to know two of these candidates when they visit Teton County!

Attend a Meet and Greet with Jen Solis - candidate for HD 41 tomorrow! Jen is running against Gary Brown who is endorsed by Wyoming Right to Life and Restore Liberty.
Ivan Posey - Democratic Candidate for HD 33
On Sunday afternoon, September 22, come meet Ivan Posey who is running to replace Sarah Penn in HD33.  Ivan is a candidate that actually cares about the reservation and Wyoming, while Sarah is an extremist who voted for a no exceptions abortion ban. Ivan has lived in Fremont County his entire life, except for when he attended boarding school in Oklahoma and during his service in the United States Army. He has served in tribal government, worked for the USDA Forest Service, and is an educator at Central Wyoming College. Stay tuned for details.
