Voting: UnidosUS Voter Registration Materials and CHN GOTV Webinar
If all of them registered to vote, naturalized immigrants would equal 10% of registered voters [[link removed]] nationwide, making immigrant voices a powerful electoral force. PIF partner UnidosUS notes that Latinos reached through their affiliates often say that no one has talked to them about registering or voting. UnidosUS has developed a one-pager in English and Spanish you can distribute to your networks. Voter registration deadlines are coming up soon [[link removed]] – the time is now to encourage eligible immigrant families to vote!
UnidosUS suggests these voter registration outreach messages:

Also, nonprofits can and do educate voters and help get out the vote. Our partners at the Coalition on Human Needs are sponsoring a special election webinar offering tools and strategies to safely and successfully conduct Get Out the Vote (GOTV) activities. Use the link below to register for the webinar, which will be held Thursday, September 12 at 3:00 pm ET.

Deadline Extended: Post-Election Communication Collaboration
We’re extending the deadline to complete a short survey about your organization’s communication priorities, capacities, and interests. It should take less than 20 minutes to complete the survey, and your responses will help us align shared communication efforts with members’ needs and goals.
Coordinated communication to shape policy debates and share accurate information with immigrant families will likely be a priority in 2025. Please share your priorities and needs, so we’re ready when the time comes.
Complete the Survey by Sept. 30 [[link removed]]
