But she could say anything she wanted. My stuff was right, but they would correct you.” Uhh...yeah. That's because they were all lies! He accused ABC, without evidence, of being the “most dishonest news organization” and that the debate was stacked against him. Unable to let anything go, he followed that up a vow of vengeance against Taylor Swift for her endorsement of Kamala, saying that she would "pay the price for that in the market." For a man so obsessed with identifying winners and losers, it's stunning that he doesn't recognize this as very obvious loser behavior. Sad!

Kennedy, Jr. Having failed to muster any sort of meaningful support in his own futile quest for the presidency, Kennedy sold his soul to the proverbial devil and struck a deal with Donald Trump in exchange for who-knows-what type of role in a theoretical second Trump administration. And so, after spending more than a year desperately fighting to get his name on the ballot in every state, Kennedy is now furiously scrambling to have it removed. The net effect in North Carolina? A weeks-long delay in mail-in ballots being sent to voters. How convenient.

Missouri Supreme Court orders abortion legalization back on the ballot
Missourians will have their say this November on whether to legalize abortion after all. The Missouri Supreme Court on Tuesday overturned Cole County Judge Christopher Limbaugh’s decision taking Amendment 3 off the Nov. 5 ballot. The court ordered Republican Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft, who decertified the measure on Monday, to place it back before voters. Republicans clearly do not want to give voters in the Show Me State the opportunity to have their voices heard on restoring reproductive rights, so they fought tooth and nail in the courts to remove the ballot measure altogether. Thankfully, the state's highest court saw things differently, with Missouri Supreme Court Judge Mary Russell writing, "By a majority vote of this Court, the circuit court’s judgment is reversed." Let's hope Missouri follows in the footsteps of neighboring red states Kansas and Kentucky in preserving some measure of reproductive freedom.

Israeli strikes on Palestinian territories have killed more than two-dozen Palestinians on Wednesday, according to local officials. Israeli airstrike killed five Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, and at least 20 people, including 16 women and children, were killed in the Gaza Strip. The territory's Health Ministry says more than 40,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since the Israel-Hamas war began. It does not differentiate between fighters and civilians in its count. The war has caused vast destruction and displaced around 90% of Gaza’s population of 2.3 million, often multiple times.
