Friend, I have an exciting announcement to make:

I am officially endorsing Colin Allred to be the next U.S. Senator from Texas. 

I am endorsing Colin because one of the most important things we need to do as a country as we begin to rebuild our politics is electing serious people. 

Here in Texas, you do have a tremendous, serious candidate running for U.S. Senate.

And it’s not Ted Cruz.

It's no secret that Ted Cruz helped lead the unconstitutional effort in the Senate to overturn the 2020 election. He was willing to spread dangerous lies about the election, throw out the votes of millions of Americans, and put his own personal political ambition ahead of his duty to the Constitution.

If we do not condemn these lies, if we do not hold those responsible to account, we will be excusing this conduct, and it will become a feature of all elections. America will never be the same.
