** 9/11: Never Forget
------------------------------------------------------------
[link removed]

On September 11, 2001, Americans endured the loss of nearly 3,000 lives at the hands of terrorists. Two airplanes were hijacked and crashed into New York’s Twin Towers, while one plane struck the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and a fourth plane was forced down in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

The nation faced its greatest attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor. Despite fear and grief, our citizens united in response to “never forget,” remembering those who died and fighting to stop future terror attacks.

The horrific scenes from that day and the days that followed also reminded our country of the importance of its first responders. Firefighters, police officers, medical emergency personnel, military servicemembers and others risked their lives to help survivors of the 9/11 attacks.

Today, 23 years later, we remember the lives of those lost, their loved ones who remain and those who serve on the front lines of our nation. May we never forget.

Sincerely,
Craig DeRoche
