Because of your support, we hit our April fundraising goal late last night! This was our closest call to date – so close that my Campaign Manager sent out a late email to try and raise the last few dollars.

We hit our goal and we did it the right way. This campaign is fueled by grassroots supporters giving whatever they can. It’s a stark contrast to Jeff Van Drew, who’s relying on DC special interests and Trump’s backers to defend the indefensible.

Jeff Van Drew and Donald Trump know that it’s going to take millions to defend this seat. Even then, they’re facing a difficult campaign.

I’ve spent my career teaching students about how our democracy works. This fall, we’re going to show Jeff Van Drew and Donald Trump that the people pick our representatives – not billionaires and right-wing lobbyists.

We still have a few weeks to go and this fight is far from over. We’ll keep you updated on our progress, but for now, please just know how grateful I am to have this team with me. We’re in position to win because of your help – now we just need to finish the job.
