Southern District of New York's Chief of Public Affairs, Nicholas Biase,
called Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and New York Attorney
General Letitia James "idiots" in a video posted earlier this week to the
social media platform, X. Biase accused Bragg of “lawfare” to further
his political career. He also called the case "nonsense" and "a perversion
of justice."
