I can’t believe I’m writing this but President Trump could be sentenced to prison time in New York.

Our justice system was once the envy of the entire world. It stood as a pillar of our nation exemplifying our founding principle of equal treatment under the law that helped make this the greatest country in the world.

But the Democrats have twisted our justice system into a political weapon used by the Left to attack those who dare to stand up to the establishment and to use it as a tool to interfere in our elections.

And there may be no better example of this than the political persecution of President Trump happening right now in my home state of New York.

New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg campaigned on a platform of vowing to specifically target President Trump because he is a political opponent of the Democratic establishment.

Unfortunately for our justice system, Bragg is making good on his campaign promise to abuse his power.

Alvin Bragg’s targeted pursuit of President Trump is blatantly unconstitutional and the case he brought against him is built on lies, deceit, and manipulation.

Bragg’s predecessor, along with the FEC and DOJ all refused to prosecute President Trump for the exact same reason: the star witness, Michael Cohen, is a convicted liar.

But as President Trump continued to rise in the polls, Democrat party leadership began to urge their lackeys like Alvin Bragg to go after Trump with whatever flimsy cases might stick if brought before a partisan Democrat judge.

Joe Biden even transferred one of his top-ranking DOJ officials to Alvin Bragg’s office to assist in ensuring that President Trump would be persecuted and brought to trial in the Empire State.

Still this miscarriage of justice could have been avoided if the judge in this case was impartial but Judge Merchan has proven throughout the case that he is exactly the Anti-Trump political partisan they were hoping for.

Not only does Judge Merchan disdain President Trump but his adult daughter is reportedly raising millions of dollars off this case for Democrats, creating a small fortune for her family while helping Radical Leftists across our country get elected.

Corruption has been embedded in the courtroom where this politically motivated sham trial is unfolding from the prosecutors to the judge.

%recipient.first%, if we let Democrats get away with abusing our judicial system to beat President Trump, they will continue to use this strategy against all conservatives and anyone who opposes the Swamp.

We must put an end to this lawfare once and for all.

This is bigger than just defending one man from an unjust prosecution.

This is about protecting every innocent American from the political weaponization of our courts and ensuring that the rule of law in our country is evenly upheld.

I’ve been fighting on the front lines to protect President Trump and our country from unlawful Democrat prosecutions and now I’m asking you for help.

If Democrats win in November and take control of the House, they will expand their use of lawfare across the nation and conservatives will have lost our congressional powers to hold them accountable.
