Hi, it’s Alex. I’ll keep this short and sweet — Kamala Harris won tonight’s debate.
Tonight was a good reminder that the stakes of this election could not be higher. But while Kamala Harris will clearly make a great President, but she is still the underdog in this race.
So we cannot take anything for granted. If Kamala made you proud, then now is the time to have her back to make sure she wins. Please split a contribution between Kamala Harris and my campaign to help us hold the White House and Senate.
The contrast on that stage could not have been any more clear.
On the one hand, we have a woman who has only ever had one client: the people. She has dedicated her life to helping working people all across the country, and she has a clear vision for an opportunity economy that will level the playing field for working families.
On the other hand there’s Donald Trump, a felon convicted of fraud who only cares about enriching himself and will say whatever it takes to get elected. But here’s the truth: if he gets back in office his priorities will be banning abortion, gutting democracy, and passing another large tax cut for corporations and the wealthiest Americans.
Sadly, the lies and attacks — especially those funded by Republican super PACs — are just what people have come to expect from our politics. But we can reject Donald Trump’s name-calling politics and fight for a better future and a positive vision with Kamala Harris.
