Here's where things stand right now: Experts are calling Nevada one of the few true toss-up states in the entire country. In fact, The Cook Political Report called Nevada the "most perilous" battleground for Democrats.
Donald Trump and his MAGA allies in the Senate know it, too. At his latest rally here in Nevada, Trump told his base: "If we win Nevada, we're going to win the whole thing."
That's why dark money groups like the Koch network are pouring tens of millions of dollars into Nevada to flip it red. Now, my campaign is getting pummeled on the airwaves, and expert polling shows me statistically TIED with my extreme, Trump-backed MAGA opponent.
But John, we've been here before – Nevada always comes down to the margins. The last Senate election here, which determined the majority, was decided by just 7,928 votes. That's fewer than five votes per precinct. But we won because grassroots folks like you stepped up to fuel Democrats to victory – one $5, $10, and $15 donation at a time.
