Now to the good news! A new report just ranked Staten Island as one of the safest communities in the country. For years our police have worked hard to keep us safe and I’m glad they are finally receiving well-deserved recognition. 

In Congress, I’ll always stand with law enforcement and promote public safety because I’ve always believed that everyone has a right to feel safe in their community.
