Today marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Month. As we all continue to adjust to the realities of social distancing, it’s more important than ever that we find ways to stay connected to one another and lean into ways of nurturing our mental health each day. This May, we’re encouraging everyone to check in with those they love and have a #RealConvo about mental health – even virtually.

On our new #RealConvo ([link removed]) page, you’ll find an assortment of exciting new downloadable graphics and messages to share across social media. Simply choose a graphic, craft a short message, and post it on your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts to share with your followers and inspire them to have a #RealConvo about mental health. Be sure to tag @afspnational, so we can see all the love and support spread across our wonderful community.

This #RealConvo page also features a calendar of exciting virtual events that AFSP will be hosting across our social media platforms throughout the month. We look forward to having you join the conversation throughout May, and encourage you to have a #RealConvo today!
Have a #RealConvo! ([link removed])
