Is your hospital ready for the new CMS Age Friendly Hospital Measure?
You’re invited to a webinar on Tuesday, September 17 from 11:00-11:45 a.m. CT to learn how the American College of Surgeons (ACS) can help your hospital comply with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Age Friendly Measure.
CMS released a new rule to help hospitals improve the care and outcomes of older adult patients. Hospitals will be required to comply with the measure beginning in January 2025.
The ACS’s Geriatric Surgery Verification (GSV) ([link removed] ) program specifically enables hospitals to meet the requirements of this new CMS regulation for its surgical patients. Importantly, GSV not only helps hospitals comply with regulations, but it also improves patient outcomes, reduces costs, and increases surgical capacity.
On September 17, ACS experts will explain the new CMS Age Friendly Measure and answer your questions about how the GSV program can help your hospital meet this new regulatory requirement. We’d love to see you there – the registration link is below.
