Project 2025: How this wish list for a Trump presidency threatens LGBTQ+ rights
-- PinkNews [[link removed]]
Believe me when I say this, John: Project 2025 would dismantle LGBTQ+ rights, the right to make decisions about your own body and the right to choose in the United States. But Project 2025 wasn't the first document the extremist right has written to rollback equality. Nope - this has been their gameplan all along.
This election, we have a clear choice: elect LGBTQ+ candidates who will ensure Project 2025 ISN'T allowed in our governing bodies and our homes or let this extremist agenda win. We have to fight back. Donate here to ensure that we can defeat extremism on Election Day once again! [[link removed]]
These bigots think the biggest problem Americans face is the “toxic normalisation of transgenderism with drag queens and pornography invading school libraries”. They want to install a pro-life and anti-LGBTQ task force that would jail doctors and patients for seeking medical care! They want to expand laws like Florida's "Don't Say Gay" bill and enact a national abortion ban. They'd happily remove all legal protections from discrimination for LGBTQ+ people and push states to force so-called "patriotic values" on teachers.
It's ridiculous, but if we don't stop them, it will be our reality. We must push to elect LGBTQ+ people who will defeat these bigots on Election Day AND stand up against their hate in office. Pitch in today to ensure equality - and not hate - wins! [[link removed]]

Project 2025 is a hateful document, written by bigoted people who want to control the rest of us. John, we can't allow them to win. I hope you'll support this essential work and take a stand against their extremist ideology.
Thank you,
Sean Meloy
