DHS begins EVV compliance enforcement [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Providers of in-scope services for EVV that provide personal care services, including some waiver services, home health services and other interested parties
* *Effective date:* Sept. 1, 2024
* *Summary:* As of Sept. 1, 2024, DHS began to enforce EVV compliance and review EVV usage for all providers, regardless of payer, including financial management services (FMS) providers and managed care organizations (MCOs).

Advancing Your Skills: Enhancing Support Plans webinar series update [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* New and experienced staff from lead agencies, tribal nations and contracted agencies who use MnCHOICES, including waiver case managers, care coordinators, certified assessors and staff members who support these positions
* *Summary:* DHS canceled the Sept. 25, 2024, session of the Advancing Your Skills: Enhancing Support Plans webinar series. In the interim, DHS encourages case managers to complete self-paced online courses specific to their role.
