This ad is personal to me.

It is about my life experiences — experiences that most of the members of Congress I serve with have never had:

Homelessness. Dropping out of high school. Being a teenage mom.

And working my way back to finish school and become a National Teacher of the Year, and giving back to the community that always supported me.

I legislate through my lived experiences, which are essential to understanding the challenges that working people in our district face.

Every one of these experiences made me who I am.

And ever since I began serving our community in Congress, my goal has been to bring everybody along.

With good jobs.

Affordable housing.

And women having control over their bodies.

Together we are building a movement to continue my record of service in CT-05, but to keep our ad running, resources do not come cheap. Every dollar of your $10 contribution will help me defend this seat so we can take back the House. Will you take 30 seconds to watch our new ad and pitch in?
