John,
We’re seeing escalating attacks on our Christian faith.
Walmart – the nation’s largest employer – just informed its employees that they could lose full-time status if they don’t work on Sundays, preventing millions of employees from going to church.

Other employers are also trying to force employees to miss church for work meetings. A senior apartment complex banned the word “Bible.” Teachers are being harassed and banned from praying anywhere students might see them.
At the ACLJ, we’ve been winning cases like these for decades, and we’re taking urgent legal action to defend YOU – your faith.
We’ve already been contacted by a number of Walmart employees and just sent a demand letter. We are hoping to work with Walmart to protect the religious liberty of ALL employees, but we’ll take further legal action if needed.
We just sent demand letters to the apartment complex that banned “Bible” and to the other employer mandating work meetings over going to church, and we’ll be taking court action in our legal case to defend teachers’ right to pray next week.
As we defend prayer, churches, Bible studies, and your religious liberty, we need you to take action with us. If we don’t fight back in court NOW, it may be too late to defeat the war on our Christian faith.
