May is usually one of the busiest months of the year. Spring's flowers have arrived, the beaches and parks are typically filled, graduations galore and Mother's Day is just around the corner.
Unfortunately, this year beaches in many states remain closed, public gatherings have been banned, and we can hardly expect to be celebrating Mother's Day with our traditional outing and brunch.
Many Americans will be staying at home for the majority of May, and we will all be forced to celebrate Mother's Day in our own unique way this year.
