Whenever we talk about the Electoral College, John, we get a bunch of replies complaining that, if we dropped the Electoral College, the candidates would only go a handful of big states. Well, check out this map the Associated Press put together . It's the cities that have seen campaign stops from the 2024 presidential candidates:

Not a great look, is it? Eight or so states with more than two stops, a handful more with one or two, and more than half the states with zero . And those big states? Already on this list, with California, Texas, Florida, and New York all having multiple stops.
This map is further evidence that this dated system -- one that is supposed to bring fairness to the process of electing our national executive -- is broken, driving the candidates into a handful of states while more than half the country likely won't see a presidential candidate ever.
Every day, more pro-democracy activists join our movement. Will you chip in $35 or whatever you can today and help us ditch the Electoral College? >> [[link removed]]

We have an answer and an alternative to the Electoral College that will work without a constitutional amendment: The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact.
The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact is an agreement among a group of U.S. states and the District of Columbia to award all their electoral votes to whichever presidential candidate wins the overall popular vote in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. 16 states plus DC have already joined, accounting for 206 electoral votes of the 270 needed to win. Several more states have bills moving through their state legislatures to potentially join.
Put us over the top in the other states we need to join to end the Electoral College forever with $35 or more today! >> [[link removed]]

Integrity First Voter Action Project is dedicated to expanding ballot access and increasing voter participation across the country.
Since the Supreme Court gutted key provisions in the Voting Rights Act, extreme politicians have taken advantage to pass harsh laws that restrict access to the ballot box. These restrictions particularly affect disadvantaged communities and people of color. It’s our goal to bring awareness to these laws wherever they may crop up and organize voters to take action to ensure the right to vote is available to everyone in their states and communities.
Your support is crucial to our efforts. Will you donate today to help us protect voting rights? [[link removed]]
