John, let me tell you some things that have been on my mind.
When I was elected to office, my goal has always been to be the best public servant that I can be. To govern with humility and grace.
Governing means showing up and putting in the work. It means working in partnership regardless of political party and creating policies that benefit everyone, not just a select few.
To govern you need to be willing to show up, have hard conversations, and really get to know the people across the street. When I look at today’s political divisiveness, it’s clear to me that you can’t claim to love our country if you hate half of the people in it.
I’m not here to play games because our decisions make a real impact on the lives of our constituents. I take that responsibility very seriously.
Our work for a better Maryland and a better country is more critical than ever. That’s why today, I’m asking for your support. I want to make sure my team and I are prepared for the fights ahead – please add in a donation now so we can have the resources. [[link removed]]
