The Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness (ACEH) would like to invite you to our Anchored Home Response to COVID-19 Community Update on Thursday May 21, 2020

Anchored Home, Anchorage’s Strategic Plan to Solve Homelessness: 2018-2021, is a three-year tactical road map which draws on new tools and strategies while building on the community’s existing work and planning. Key pillars of Anchored Home include investing in Prevention & Diversion, strengthening the Anchorage Housing & Support System, ensuring Public Health &  Safety, and bolstering Advocacy & Funding. The goal is to ensure homelessness in Anchorage is a rare, brief and one-time event. To read more about Anchored Home, please visit our website at: https://anchoragehomeless.org/anchored-home/.

On May 21, 2020 at 6 PM we will host the Anchored Home Community Update and discuss Anchorage’s response to COIVD-19. The update will be jointly led by Jasmine Boyle, Executive Director of the Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness (leading Housing & Support System efforts), Nancy Burke, Housing and Homelessness Coordinator from the Municipality of Anchorage (leading Public Health & Safety efforts),  Michele Brown of United Way (leading Prevention & Diversion efforts) and Dr. Richard Mandsager, a three-year Senior Fellow Executive-on-Loan by the Rasmuson Foundation (leading Advocacy & Funding efforts). Each pillar lead will share the work happening to move Anchored Home forward in Anchorage during the COIVD-19 worldwide pandemic.

This meeting will be streamed on Facebook Live; you don’t need a Facebook account to access the video meeting. To watch the live stream, navigate to the following link: https://www.facebook.com/AnchorageHomeless/live/. Do you have questions for the Anchored Home team?
